We strive to safeguard the environment while preserving the Vermont landscape. Shepherd's Hill Farm uses sustainable farming techniques such as rotational grazing and use of swale drainage systems to prevent erosion. No synthetic fertilizers or pesticides are ever used on the pastures that the sheep graze on. This enables the ewes that live on Shepherd's Hill Farm to produce healthy lambs.
